This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and shared when you use this application (the “App”). The App is developed and maintained by an independent developer (the “Developer”).
1. Information Collection and Use
The App is designed with a privacy-first approach. It does not collect personal data for advertising purposes and does not sell user data. Data is collected only to ensure correct functionality, stability, and continuous improvement of the App.
2. Data Collected Automatically
2.1 Diagnostic and Crash Data
The App uses third-party services to monitor crashes, errors, and performance issues:
- Sentry
- Firebase Crashlytics
These services may collect device type and operating system version, app version and build number, crash logs and stack traces, and performance and stability metrics. This data is used exclusively for debugging, monitoring app health, and improving reliability.
2.2 Usage Analytics
The App uses PostHog for product analytics.
- Feature usage events
- Screen navigation events
- Anonymous identifiers
Analytics data is used solely to understand how the App is used and to improve its features. It is not used for advertising and is not shared with marketing networks.
3. Data Stored Locally
Most app data is stored locally on your device. This may include app settings and preferences, user-generated content, and application state. Local data remains on your device unless synchronization is enabled.
4. Data Synchronization and Backend Storage
If synchronization is enabled, selected data is securely synced with the Developer’s backend services in order to preserve data across devices, enable backup and restore functionality, and maintain consistency between sessions. Only data required for the App’s core functionality is synchronized.
5. Data Sharing
Data is shared only with the following third-party service providers and only for operational purposes:
- Sentry (error tracking)
- Firebase Crashlytics (crash reporting)
- PostHog (product analytics)
No personal data is sold or shared with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.
6. Data Retention
- Diagnostic and analytics data is retained only as long as necessary to improve the App.
- Local data remains on your device until you delete the App or clear its storage.
- Synced backend data is retained only while synchronization is active.
7. Data Security
Appropriate technical and organizational measures are applied to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure.
8. Children’s Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If such data is discovered, it will be removed.
9. User Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access your data
- Request deletion of synced data
- Disable analytics or crash reporting where available

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Any changes take effect once published within the App or on its official website.
